FFLGuard counsel will also oversee the entire ATF application process and advise against pitfalls that could delay issuance of the FFL, while keeping track of your application at ATF’s Federal Firearms Licensing Center in Martinsburg, WV.
Preparation of an Initial Transaction Plan to Be Implemented After FFL Issuance – FFLGuard will work with local counsel to advise you on a post-licensing transaction to effectively reorganize your business.
Basic General Startup Advice – FFLGuard counsel will advise you on general matters regarding the startup of a new business, such as creating new accounts, new company identities, etc.
Increased Legal Support – You will gain additional time with our team to address Federal Firearms Licensee entity selection and structure issues specifically.

Attendance During Application Inspection – FFLGuard counsel will travel to your store, meet with you to prepare for the ATF’s application inspection, and attend that inspection to help you answer and address ATF questions regarding your reorganized business and future plans.
Consultation with Local Counsel Re: Transaction – FFLGuard will work with your local counsel to prepare an agreement and other documents necessary to implement the previously prepared Transaction Plan. The agreement and other documents will often require firearms-specific provisions that FFLGuard is particularly qualified to prepare.
Software Selection and Implementation – FFLGuard‘s experts will assist you with understanding available software specific to your business operations, making a selection to support your needs, and providing guidance for best practices for implementation, up to and including project management
